SHIPPING
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders take 5-10 business days to process before shipping. Shipping times vary on shipping method chosen and location sent to.Once the item has shipped, you will receive a notification.
MY ORDER WAS LOST/STOLEN/LATE! CAN YOU RESEND ONE FOR FREE?
NO.
Once the item has shipped and you received the shipping notification via the email you ordered with, I am no longer responsible for the item. By purchasing and shipping you agree that I am not responsible for long shipping wait times, and lost or stolen items.
Unfortunately, from time to time those things happen and as a small business, I cannot accept responsibility for the post office or other mail carriers as financially it would be detrimental to my business.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship everywhere in Canada, US and the UK.
RETURNS
CAN I RETURN SOMETHING IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
No, due to the crazy shipping times as a result of Covid 19, I am not accepting any returns.
If you are local and would like a return, I am able to return unused PINS (with the card backing still on) within 14 days of purchase.
As a Covid safety measure, I am not accepting returns or exchanges for other items as they are personal use (drinking, etc).

I am currently NOT accepting orders for Custom Mugs. Please check back here, or follow my social media for updates.

BULK DESIGN
If you are a business/group/non-profit looking for a custom design. I hold a few spots available every month. Custom design starts at $100 for the design and wholesale pricing is available subject to order size.

LOGO DESIGN
Going back to my routes and offering a few logo design/branding packages. These will be available on my website soon. Price starts at $500. Please email for more info.
